About our directory and your listing
Glass and Auto is an independent business directory. We gather publicly available business information and accept business submissions. An unclaimed listing does not mean the business joined our network, confirmed its information, or agreed to receive customer leads.
Claim, correct, or request removal at any time
Anyone can report an error or submit a listing request. Owners and authorized representatives can request delisting of their business. You do not need to sign up, pay, or join our provider network to request a correction or removal.
Email [email protected] with:
- The listing link or ID, or the business name and location.
- Your reply email and relationship to the business.
- Your request: claim, correction, removal, personal-information concern, or marketing opt-out.
Extra explanation is optional. Support reviews requests manually. Sending an email does not instantly change or remove a listing.
How we review requests
Before transferring profile control or approving business removal, we check authority through established business contact information or an existing verified account. If those methods are unavailable or outdated, ask for manual review. Access to an arbitrary reply email alone does not prove ownership; government identification is not required by default.
Report exposed personal information separately; you do not need to claim the business first. Marketing unsubscribe does not require business-ownership verification. Delisting, marketing opt-out, lead participation, and personal-data deletion are separate actions, so tell us which you want.
We may retain limited business identifiers and an action record to honor an approved removal and help prevent re-listing. Restoration requires authorization review. We do not publish request correspondence or use a removal request to enroll you in marketing.
