1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Glass and Auto's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Glass and Auto is an independent business directory and service-request platform. We gather publicly available business information and accept information submitted by businesses to help visitors discover and compare glass service providers. Directory coverage includes:

• Auto glass repair and replacement
• Residential window and door glass services
• Commercial glass installation and repair
• Emergency glass services

We operate the directory; the independent businesses listed perform the glass work. A business may appear in the directory without creating an account, claiming its profile, joining our provider network, or agreeing to receive leads. Publication of a listing does not establish any of those relationships or mean that the listed business accepted these Terms.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Provider Relationships

Glass and Auto connects you with independent service providers. Providers are not our employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives. We:

• May review business identity, contact information, websites, licenses, insurance, or other signals, but the scope of review varies
• Do not employ or directly control service providers
• Are not responsible for the actual service work performed
• Do not guarantee specific results or timelines

Your contractual relationship for glass work is directly with the selected provider, not with Glass and Auto. You should independently confirm licensing, insurance, qualifications, pricing, warranties, and availability before hiring a provider.

4A. Directory Listings, Sources, and Verification

Listings may be compiled from publicly available business websites, public business directories, permitted data sources, and submissions from businesses or their authorized representatives. Information may change after collection. Please confirm services, contact details, hours, availability, prices, and qualifications directly with the business before relying on a listing.

• Unclaimed directory listing: We have not established that an authorized representative has claimed the profile. The business may have no relationship with Glass and Auto.
• Claimed listing: An owner or authorized representative has established control of the profile, including a client account managed with the business's authorization. Claiming a profile does not itself establish network participation or consent to receive leads.
• Participating provider: A business has separately agreed to participate in the applicable provider or lead-receiving service. A directory entry alone does not establish participation.
• A website-ownership check, account claim, or verification badge does not by itself establish licensing, insurance, professional certification, service quality, or availability. Verification describes the particular platform check, not a guarantee of every business claim.

4B. Claim, Correct, or Delist a Profile at Any Time

Anyone may report an error or submit a request to claim, correct, or delist a business profile at any time. Business owners and authorized representatives may request removal of their business listing whether it is claimed or unclaimed. Submitting a correction or removal request does not require an account, payment, a subscription, or joining our provider network.

Email [email protected] with the listing link or business name and location, your reply email, your relationship to the business, and whether you want to claim, correct, or remove the listing. Additional explanation is optional. You can also visit our directory help page for these instructions.

To prevent impersonation and unauthorized changes, we review authority before transferring control or approving a business-removal request. Relevant evidence may include an established business email, an existing verified account, or confirmation through independently checked business contact information. Confirming access to an arbitrary email address alone does not establish business ownership. If those methods are unavailable or contact details are outdated, request manual review. Government identification is not required by default.

Requests are reviewed by support; sending a request does not instantly change or remove a listing. We may ask for limited information needed to resolve uncertainty. A person reporting exposed personal information can request a separate privacy review without claiming the business. Marketing unsubscribe requests do not require proof of business ownership.

Directory delisting, marketing opt-out, lead-routing participation, and personal-data deletion are separate actions. Tell us which actions you want. We may retain limited business identifiers and an action record to honor an approved removal and help prevent re-listing. Restoring an excluded business requires a new review of authorization. Delisting from Glass and Auto does not remove the business from its own website, third-party directories, or search engines; search engines control when their cached results update.

4C. Provider Accounts, Leads, and Communications

Account creation or a profile claim may require account, security, and profile-management notices. Lead receipt and marketing preferences are separate from directory publication. Creating or claiming a listing does not by itself mean the business agreed to receive customer leads or marketing. Commercial provider emails include an unsubscribe method. Applicable transactional, security, billing, or active-lead notices are handled separately from marketing preferences.

• Lead details are confidential and may be used only to evaluate and respond to that customer's request
• Providers may not resell leads, misuse customer data, send unlawful communications, or make misleading claims
• Lead volume, exclusivity, conversion, revenue, and response order are not guaranteed
• Any fee, free-lead allowance, billing rule, or promotion will be disclosed in the applicable provider flow or agreement
• Providers are responsible for honoring opt-outs and all laws that apply to their own calls, texts, and emails

5. Quotes and Pricing

A quote form is submitted to Glass and Auto for routing under the options described in that form. Viewing a business profile or including its name in a request does not guarantee that the business receives, accepts, or answers it. A request for local options may be matched with other providers; confirm the routing explanation before submitting. Submitting a request does not book work or create a contract with a listed business.

Quotes and price guidance provided through our platform are:

• Estimates based on information you provide
• Subject to change based on actual inspection
• Not guaranteed final prices
• Provided by independent service providers or displayed as nonbinding market guidance

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Services:

• Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service
• A directory listing, claim, or platform check is not a warranty of a provider's quality, qualifications, or suitability for a particular job

Service Provider Work:

Warranties on actual glass work are provided directly by service providers, not by Glass and Auto.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Glass and Auto is not liable for service provider work quality, delays, or damages
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us (if any)

8. Disputes with Service Providers

Disputes regarding service quality, pricing, or work performed should be resolved directly with the service provider. We will make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication but are not obligated to mediate disputes.

9. Intellectual Property

Glass and Auto retains its rights in original site content and software. Business names, trademarks, photographs, descriptions, ratings, and reviews may belong to their respective owners or sources. Public availability alone does not establish permission to reproduce protected material. If you believe listing content infringes your rights or is attributed incorrectly, contact support with the listing link and identify the material and your relationship to the rights holder. A listing does not grant Glass and Auto ownership of a business's brand or imply endorsement by that business.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the applicable law of the state where Glass and Auto operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
