2. Description of Service

Glass and Auto operates as a connection platform that links customers with professional glass service providers, including:

• Auto glass repair and replacement
• Residential window and door glass services
• Commercial glass installation and repair
• Emergency glass services

We are not a glass service provider. We provide directory, lead-routing, communication, and marketplace tools that may connect customers with independent providers.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Provider Relationships

Glass and Auto connects you with independent service providers. Providers are not our employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives. We:

• May review business identity, contact information, websites, licenses, insurance, or other signals, but the scope of review varies
• Do not employ or directly control service providers
• Are not responsible for the actual service work performed
• Do not guarantee specific results or timelines

Your contractual relationship for glass work is directly with the selected provider, not with Glass and Auto. You should independently confirm licensing, insurance, qualifications, pricing, warranties, and availability before hiring a provider.

4A. Provider Directory Listings and Verification

The directory may contain claimed and unclaimed business listings compiled from provider submissions, public business websites, public directories, data providers, and other lawful sources. A listing is not an endorsement, employment relationship, or guarantee that the business is currently available.

• A “verified” label describes a platform verification signal shown on the listing; it does not guarantee workmanship or every license, insurance policy, or business claim
• Unclaimed listings may be corrected, claimed, or removed by an authorized business representative
• Providers must keep company, contact, service-area, hours, pricing, and credential information accurate
• We may suspend, edit, merge, or remove listings that are inaccurate, duplicated, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms

To request a correction, claim, or removal, contact [email protected] and provide enough information for us to verify your authority and locate the listing.

4B. Provider Accounts, Leads, and Communications

Providers who create, claim, or accept an invitation to an account authorize us to send account notices, lead alerts, service-area activity summaries, profile-completion reminders, and provider partnership communications. Commercial provider emails identify their purpose and include an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional, security, billing, or active-lead notices.

• Lead details are confidential and may be used only to evaluate and respond to that customer's request
• Providers may not resell leads, misuse customer data, send unlawful communications, or make misleading claims
• Lead volume, exclusivity, conversion, revenue, and response order are not guaranteed
• Any fee, free-lead allowance, billing rule, or promotion will be disclosed in the applicable provider flow or agreement
• Providers are responsible for honoring opt-outs and all laws that apply to their own calls, texts, and emails

5. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our platform are:

• Estimates based on information you provide
• Subject to change based on actual inspection
• Not guaranteed final prices
• Provided by independent service providers or displayed as nonbinding market guidance

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Services:

• Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service
• We make no warranties about service provider quality beyond our vetting process

Service Provider Work:

Warranties on actual glass work are provided directly by service providers, not by Glass and Auto.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Glass and Auto is not liable for service provider work quality, delays, or damages
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us (if any)

8. Disputes with Service Providers

Disputes regarding service quality, pricing, or work performed should be resolved directly with the service provider. We will make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication but are not obligated to mediate disputes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Glass and Auto or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the applicable law of the state where Glass and Auto operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
