Being listed or claiming a profile does not by itself establish consent to marketing or customer leads. Provider marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. We maintain suppression records so opted-out addresses are excluded from future provider recruiting and market-update campaigns. Account-critical, billing, security, and active-lead messages may still be sent when applicable.

No account, payment, or network enrollment is required to request a correction or removal. We review authority before approving a transfer of profile control or business removal, using proportionate business-contact evidence and manual review where necessary. Verifying an arbitrary reply email alone does not prove business ownership. Government identification is not required by default. Personal-information concerns receive a separate review, and marketing unsubscribe does not require business-ownership verification. Sending a request does not automatically remove a listing.

Listing removal, marketing opt-out, lead participation, and personal-data deletion are separate requests. For approved removals we may retain limited business identifiers, such as a source identifier, domain, or phone number, and the reason and date of the action to honor the request and help prevent re-listing. Such retention is separate from the public listing. Request correspondence is used for handling and auditing the request, not to enroll the requester in marketing, and is not published on the listing.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
